Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the VoxCraft app you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Service ownership

The VoxCraft app ("VoxCraft: AI Voice & Music") is developed and operated by OzTech App Studio (Istanbul, Türkiye). It is distributed through the Apple App Store.

2. Age of use

By using VoxCraft, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. Description of the service

VoxCraft is an AI-powered voice and music studio that lets you:

• Generate voiceovers from text using AI voices
• Generate original music from text descriptions
• Create sound effects from text prompts
• Clone your own voice using AI technology
• Transcribe voice recordings to text
• Generate scripts with AI
• Mix multiple audio tracks and export the result

All content generated by VoxCraft is created using artificial intelligence technology provided by third-party services (ElevenLabs, OpenAI).

4. Account and authentication

VoxCraft uses anonymous authentication. No personal information (name, email, phone number) is required to use the app; your account is identified by an anonymous unique identifier. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, as your account and generation history are associated with your anonymous session.

5. Subscription terms (VoxCraft Pro)

• Plans. VoxCraft offers weekly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Current pricing is always shown in the app and on the App Store before you purchase.
• Free trial. New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial on either plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime via App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. Submit requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Pricing changes. If subscription pricing changes, we'll notify you before renewal as required by the App Store. Cancelling the subscription is enough to decline the new price.
• Free tier. You can use VoxCraft without subscribing: new users receive free credits at first launch and may keep using the free tier for as long as they wish.

6. Credit packs

In addition to subscriptions, you may purchase one-time credit packs (25, 85, 205, or 500 credits). Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases and are non-refundable through us — refund requests go through Apple's standard process linked above. Remaining credits stay usable after a subscription lapses, but no new subscription credits are granted while unsubscribed.

7. Credits system

• New users receive free credits upon first launch
• Subscribers receive a weekly credit allowance
• Credits are consumed when generating content (voiceovers, music, sound effects, scripts, transcriptions, voice clones)
• If a generation fails, credits are automatically refunded to your balance
• Credit costs vary by feature and content length, and are shown in the app

8. Voice cloning

Voice Clone is subject to strict rules:

• Consent first. Before any recording begins, the app presents an explicit consent dialog explaining that your recording will be processed by AI (ElevenLabs) to create a digital voice clone. You must agree before recording starts. This complies with Apple's App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2(i) regarding AI/ML data usage.
• Your voice only. You represent and warrant that you have the right to clone any voice you submit. You may only clone your own voice, or a voice for which you have obtained explicit, informed consent from its owner.
• No impersonation. Impersonating any person or entity without their explicit consent is prohibited.
• Deletion. You can delete your voice clone at any time.

9. AI-generated content

• Ownership. Content you generate with VoxCraft belongs to you, subject to these terms and the licenses of the underlying AI models. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use generated content for personal and commercial purposes.
• Disclaimer. All output is AI-generated and may not always be accurate, original, or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content and for how you use it. We do not guarantee that generated content is free from errors, biases, or intellectual property concerns.

10. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use VoxCraft to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or clone another person's voice without their explicit permission
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Create deepfake content intended to deceive or defraud
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse the credit system, or exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated content as an AI service

11. Intellectual property

The VoxCraft app, its design, code, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by OzTech App Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the app.

12. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

VoxCraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; the underlying AI services are provided by third parties and may experience outages or limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or use — arising out of your use of the app is excluded.

13. Suspension of access

If we detect use that violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your access to VoxCraft. In such cases, your existing subscription fee may not be refunded. You may stop using the app at any time.

14. Governing law

Disputes related to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

15. Updates

When these terms are materially changed, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be refreshed. Continued use of VoxCraft after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
