Privacy Policy

VoxCraft is an AI audio studio developed by OzTech App Studio (Istanbul, Türkiye). This document explains what data the app handles, why, and how it is protected. The short version: no name, no email, no sign-up — and your voice is only ever uploaded for cloning after you explicitly agree.
1. Information collected automatically
- Anonymous user ID. When you first open VoxCraft, we create an anonymous identifier (via Supabase anonymous authentication) to manage your account and credits. It is not linked to your real name, email, phone number, or any personal information, and it is not used for tracking.
- Device identifier. A random identifier stored in your device's Keychain, used solely for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- Purchase history. Subscription and credit purchases are managed through Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat under your anonymous ID. We never see or store your payment information.
2. Information you provide
- Text input. Text you type for voiceovers, music, sound effects, or scripts is sent to our Supabase Edge Functions for AI processing and is not stored after generation is complete.
- Voice recordings. If you use the Voice Clone feature, your recording is uploaded and processed by ElevenLabs — only after you accept an explicit consent dialog (see Section 4). The resulting voice model is stored in your account and can be deleted at any time.
- Audio for transcription. Voice recordings you transcribe are processed and not stored permanently.
3. What we never collect
- Real name, email address, or phone number
- Physical address
- Photos or contacts
- Location data
- Browsing history
- Advertising identifiers — we do not connect to ad networks
4. Voice cloning and consent
Before using the Voice Clone feature, you are presented with a consent dialog that explains:
- Your voice recording will be processed using AI technology to create a digital voice clone
- Your recording is sent to our servers and processed by ElevenLabs
- The resulting voice model is stored in your account
- You can delete your voice clone at any time
- Your voice data is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for processing
You must explicitly agree before any recording begins. This complies with Apple's App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2(i) regarding AI/ML data usage. You may only clone your own voice or a voice you have the rights to.
5. AI-generated content disclosure
All voiceovers, music, sound effects, and scripts generated by VoxCraft are created using artificial intelligence, based on your text input and selected parameters. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
6. How your data is used and retained
- Anonymous user ID — account and credit management; kept until account deletion.
- Device identifier — abuse prevention and rate limiting; kept until app uninstall.
- Text input — AI generation; not stored after processing.
- Voice recordings — voice cloning with explicit consent; stored as your voice model until you delete it.
- Purchase history — subscription and credit management; kept until account deletion.
- Crash data — app stability improvement; retained for 90 days.
7. Device permissions
- Microphone — records your voice for AI voice cloning. This is the only permission the app declares, and recording starts only after the explicit consent dialog.
8. Third-party services
VoxCraft uses the following services to provide its features:
- Supabase (anonymous authentication, database, Edge Functions) — stores your anonymous account data. Supabase Privacy Policy

- OpenAI (transcription & scripts) — processes Whisper speech-to-text and script generation, server-side. OpenAI Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat (subscriptions) — manages subscriptions under an anonymous identifier. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Apple StoreKit (payments) — all payments are processed securely by Apple. We never see or store your payment information.
9. Analytics and crash reporting
The app may use privacy-focused analytics and crash reporting — TelemetryDeck for anonymous usage analytics (features used, generation counts) and Sentry for anonymous crash reports. Neither collects your name, email, or any personal identity, and neither tracks individual users.
10. Data security
- All data transmitted between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
- API keys are stored on the server side — never in the app binary
- Anonymous authentication eliminates the risk of credential theft
- Server-side rate limiting prevents abuse
- Credit transactions use atomic database operations to prevent manipulation
11. International data transfers
Your data may be processed in the European Union (Supabase servers in Frankfurt, Germany) and in the United States (ElevenLabs, OpenAI). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
12. Children's privacy
VoxCraft is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
13. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Delete your data — use "Clear All Data" in Settings to delete all locally stored data and reset your anonymous account.
- Delete your voice clone — delete it in the app, or contact us to have your voice model permanently removed from our servers.
- Request data export — contact us to request a copy of any data associated with your anonymous ID.
- Opt out of analytics — analytics collected through TelemetryDeck are already anonymous and cannot be linked to you individually.
14. Updates to this policy
We update this policy when there's a material change. The update date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
