Terms of Use

By using the SetPoint app you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Service ownership
The SetPoint app is developed and operated by OzTech App Studio (Istanbul, Türkiye). It is distributed through the Apple App Store for iPhone and Apple Watch.
2. Account and data
SetPoint does not require you to create an account, and it has no server. Your match scores, history, notes, and statistics are stored only on your own devices and synced directly between your iPhone and Apple Watch. You can delete your match history at any time from the app's settings; deleting the app removes its data from your device.
3. Subscription terms (SetPoint Pro)
- Plans. SetPoint Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with weekly and yearly plans. Current pricing is always shown in the app and on the App Store before you purchase.
- Auto-renewal. SetPoint Pro subscriptions auto-renew; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, you will be charged for the same period each cycle through your Apple ID.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime via App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. Submit requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Pricing changes. If subscription pricing changes, we'll notify you before renewal as required by the App Store. Cancelling the subscription is enough to decline the new price.
- Free tier. Core score tracking is free and remains available for as long as you wish to use the free tier.
4. Health and fitness disclaimer
SetPoint's fitness features — heart rate, active calories, and motion-based swing counting — are estimates provided for informational and recreational purposes only. They are not medical advice, and SetPoint is not a medical device. Do not use the app to diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition; consult a qualified professional for health decisions, and stop playing if you feel unwell.
5. Intellectual property
The SetPoint app, its interface, icon designs, and the "SetPoint" name are owned by OzTech App Studio. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes; copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting app content is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
SetPoint is a score-keeping and fitness-tracking aid; scores, statistics, and metrics depend on your input and your devices' sensors and may contain errors. The app is provided "as is." Within legal limits, our liability for errors, interruptions, or data loss is limited.
7. Unacceptable use
- Reverse-engineering or attempting to bypass the app's protections
- Embedding the app or its content in another product
- Using the app for harassment or illegal purposes
8. Suspension of access
If we detect use that violates the terms above, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the app. In such cases, your existing subscription fee may not be refunded.
9. Governing law
Disputes related to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
10. Updates
When the terms are materially changed, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be refreshed.
