Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the FİSYON app you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Service ownership

The FİSYON app (“FİSYON: Reactor Puzzle”) is developed and operated by OzTech App Studio (Istanbul, Türkiye). It is distributed through the Apple App Store.

2. Age of use

By using FİSYON, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. Description of the game

FİSYON is a fast arcade puzzle game in which you split cells and chain reactions to pop target isotopes. It includes:

• An endless Reactor mode with rising pressure, Critical Mass, Fusion, and Neutron cascades
• A 30-experiment Laboratory that asks you to clear the board in the fewest moves
• A fresh Daily Specimen puzzle each day
• An Element Vault of 30 collectible elements, mastery achievements, and optional Game Center leaderboards

4. No account required

FİSYON has no user account and no backend of its own. Your progress, settings, and purchase entitlement are stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device; if you delete the app or clear its data, on-device progress is removed.

5. Free to play, supported by ads

• Free to play. FİSYON is free to download and play.
• Banner and full-screen ads. During play the game shows a small banner at the bottom of the screen, and full-screen (interstitial) ads at certain points — for example after a Reactor, Laboratory, or Daily result. These are served through Google AdMob.
• Rewarded ads are optional. Rewarded ads only ever appear when you choose to watch one — for example, to earn extra moves in the Laboratory. They are never required to keep playing.
• Ad consent. Where required, a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent message is shown before ads are requested, and you can revisit your choice in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• No pay-to-win. Neither ads nor purchases buy a competitive advantage; Reactor and Laboratory leaderboards rank on skill alone.

6. Remove Ads (in-app purchase)

• What it does. “Remove Ads” is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently removes all ads — the banner, full-screen (interstitial), and rewarded ads.
• No ads at all — perks stay free. After purchase there are no ads of any kind. The Laboratory “continue” that free players unlock by watching a rewarded ad is granted to you automatically, for free.
• Payment and pricing. The purchase is processed and verified by Apple through StoreKit. The current price is always shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.
• Restore. Because it is tied to your Apple ID, you can restore the purchase on another device using “Restore Purchases” while signed in with the same Apple ID.
• Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. Submit requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Game Center and fair play

If you choose to use leaderboards and achievements, they are provided through Apple Game Center. You agree not to manipulate scores, use modified clients, or otherwise cheat. We may remove scores or restrict access to Game Center features where we detect manipulation.

8. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the app
• Tamper with gameplay, scores, purchases, or the ad and consent flow
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the game or its leaderboards
• Attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or disrupt the service for others

9. Intellectual property

The FİSYON app, its design, code, artwork, and branding are owned by OzTech App Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the app.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

FİSYON is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; advertising, purchases, and leaderboards depend on third-party services (Google and Apple) that may experience outages or limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or progress — arising out of your use of the app is excluded.

11. Suspension of access

If we detect use that violates these terms, harms other players, or is otherwise objectionable — including cheating on leaderboards — we reserve the right to restrict or remove access to online features such as Game Center. You may stop using the app at any time.

12. Governing law

Disputes related to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

13. Updates

When these terms are materially changed, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be refreshed. Continued use of FİSYON after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
