Privacy Policy

FİSYON (“FİSYON: Reactor Puzzle”) is a puzzle game developed by OzTech App Studio (Istanbul, Türkiye). This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and the control you have. The short version: no account and no server of our own — your progress stays on your device, ads run through Google only after you answer a consent message, and we do not collect gameplay analytics.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller for FİSYON is OzTech App Studio, an independent app studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. For any privacy question or request, contact support@oztechapps.net.

2. Data stored on your device

Your reactor records, Laboratory progress, settings, tutorial state, and your “Remove Ads” purchase entitlement are stored on your device only. FİSYON has no user account and no backend of its own, so this information is never uploaded to us. Deleting the app (or clearing its data) removes it.

3. Advertising and your consent (Google AdMob & UMP)

FİSYON is free to play and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Advertising is the one area where data may leave your device, so it is handled with an explicit consent gate:

• A consent message appears first. Where required — for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) shows a consent message before any ad is requested. This is the “GDPR message.” No ad SDK runs and no ad is requested until you respond, and if you decline, personalized ads are not requested.
• You can change your mind anytime. FİSYON keeps an Ad Privacy Options entry in Settings that re-opens this consent form, so you can update or withdraw your choice whenever you like.
• What AdMob may process. To deliver and measure ads, Google may process a coarse (approximate) location derived from your IP address, device and advertising identifiers, ad interaction, and diagnostic data. Google acts as an independent controller for this data under its own policies.
• App Tracking Transparency. On first launch FİSYON shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you allow tracking, Google may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show and measure personalized ads; if you decline — or on iOS versions where the prompt is not shown — only non-personalized ads are served (through Apple's SKAdNetwork) and the identifier is not used to track you. The AdMob publisher first-party ID is disabled, and we do not sell your data to data brokers.
• Removing ads. The one-time “Remove Ads” purchase disables all ads — the bottom banner, full-screen (interstitial) ads, and rewarded ads. After purchase no ad requests are made for you at all.

4. Gameplay analytics

FİSYON does not use any gameplay analytics or telemetry SDK. No analytics events, sessions, progression, or in-game behavior are collected or sent by the app.

5. Apple Game Center

If you choose to use leaderboards or achievements, Apple Game Center (GameKit) processes your Game Center nickname, scores, and achievements on your device and through Apple. This data is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy and is not sent to FİSYON's developer. Game Center is optional and you control it in your device settings.

6. Purchases (Apple StoreKit)

The one-time “Remove Ads” purchase is processed and verified by Apple StoreKit. Apple handles the payment and returns only the entitlement to the app. We never see or store your payment details, and FİSYON does not keep a purchase history on any server of ours.

7. What we never collect

• Real name, email address, or phone number
• Precise location
• Contacts, photos, or your address book
• Health data
• Payment card details
• Any advertising identifier for cross-app tracking unless you allow it through the App Tracking Transparency prompt — if you decline, no such tracking takes place

8. Summary of data types (Apple privacy label)

Consistent with the App Store privacy label, the only data types associated with FİSYON come from its advertising and optional-analytics SDKs. Where you allow it through the App Tracking Transparency prompt, the advertising/device identifier is used for tracking (personalized ads served by Google); if you decline, it is not:

• Coarse location — Google Mobile Ads (from IP), for advertising
• Device ID — Google Mobile Ads, for advertising
• Product interaction — Google Mobile Ads, for advertising
• Advertising data — Google Mobile Ads, for third-party advertising
• Crash and performance data — Google Mobile Ads SDK, for app functionality and analytics

9. Legal bases (GDPR)

For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for personalized advertising through AdMob/UMP. You can withdraw consent at any time using the Ad Privacy Options in Settings.
• Performance of the game and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)) — to run core gameplay on your device, deliver non-personalized ads where you have not consented to personalization, prevent abuse, and keep the app stable and secure.

10. Retention

On-device data (records, progress, settings, entitlement) remains until you delete the app or clear its data. Data processed by third parties — Google and Apple — is retained by them under their own policies and legal retention periods.

11. International data transfers

Because FİSYON relies on Google (AdMob/UMP) and Apple, data handled by these providers may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Each provider maintains its own safeguards for international transfers (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not operate servers of our own for FİSYON.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and similar laws), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can:

• Withdraw ad consent — open Ad Privacy Options in Settings at any time.
• Delete on-device data — delete the app or clear its data from your device.
• Exercise other rights — contact support@oztechapps.net. Because much of the processing is carried out by Google or Apple as independent controllers, some requests may need to be directed to the relevant provider, and we will help you do so.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

13. Children

FİSYON is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

14. Security

• The app has no account, so there are no login credentials to lose.
• Your progress is kept on your device rather than on a server we operate.
• Data exchanged with Google and Apple travels over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

15. Updates to this policy

We update this policy when there is a material change. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
