Common questions
My purchase has not appeared
Check whether Apple's purchase sheet reports a pending transaction. Reopen Sortia with an internet connection. If an approved purchase is still missing, contact support with the product and purchase date. Do not send payment-card details or your Apple password.
Can I restore coins on another device?
The reviewed game keeps coins and progress on your device. Restore Purchases checks eligible non-consumable purchases; it does not replenish spent coins or promise cross-device coin transfer. Contact support before deleting your app data.
Why did a new game use a life?
Starting a new Classic or Daily attempt uses a life. Continuing the same saved attempt is free. Relaxed mode is available for practice without a life cost.
An optional ad did not load or give a reward
Offers depend on availability and privacy settings. A completed ad must return an earned-reward confirmation. Dismissing an ad or encountering a loading error does not award the offer. You can retry an available offer yourself; you do not have to watch an ad to keep playing other available modes.
How do I report a name or request data deletion?
Email support@oztechapps.net with the relevant public alias and request. Do not publish private identity documents. The current profile is a local draft and the production leaderboard is not active; deleting a local app does not delete support emails or a future cloud account automatically.
How do I request a refund?
Use Apple's Report a Problem service. Apple handles App Store refund requests.
